Anxiety

Anxiety has become a normal human emotion that everyone experiences at times.  An anxiety disorder is a serious illness.

Many of us will feel anxious or nervous when faced with a problem at work, or making an important decision.  Anxiety disorders are very different, worry and fear become constant and overwhelming.  They can cause such distress that it interferes with a person’s ability to lead a normal life. They can begin in childhood, adolescence, or early adulthood. Many Anxiety Disorders begin with a biological imbalance in the systems of the body that support the brain’s neurochemistry. We investigate the symptoms and then determine the testing that will assist our Doctors in identifying the cause of the disorder. We will investigate all possible sources of the cause ranging from emotional, environmental to the physical.
